Frequently asked questions
Can I watch the videos before subscribing?
Yes. Every video has a 60-second preview, no sign-up needed. There is no free trial: the preview plays that role.
What is the difference between the plans?
Both give you the whole catalog. Monthly includes 100 downloads a month. Quarterly includes 350 downloads to use any time in its 3 months, 50 more, and costs less than three months of Monthly.

Outside Brazil, by credit card in US dollars, through Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe, never with the Club.
What if my card is declined?
Stripe tries the charge again and you get an email asking you to update your card.
Do unused downloads roll over?
No. Monthly gives you 100 downloads every month; Quarterly gives you 350 for its 3 months, counted from the day your subscription started. The counter at the top of the site shows how many are left and when they renew.
Does downloading a video again use a credit?
No. Once you have downloaded a video you can download it again as often as you need. They are all in My downloads.
What format and quality are the videos?
MP4, in Full HD (1080p) or HD (720p), depending on the original. The quality is shown on every video in the list.
Where can I use the videos?
At events and parties, and you may edit or cut them for your set. Reselling, sharing, uploading the files elsewhere and using them in live streams or online broadcasts is not allowed.

Your account stays signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on another one signs the previous one out.
How do I cancel?
Whenever you want, with no fee. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and there are no new charges.
After cancelling, can I keep using what I downloaded?
Yes. Videos you already downloaded stay licensed for use, under the same license terms.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase, as long as no video has been downloaded.
I forgot my password. What now?
Ask for a link to create a new password. It arrives by email and works for 15 minutes.
