Terms of use and license

These terms apply to everyone who uses Club ProMIX, and especially to subscribers. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. The service

Club ProMIX is a ProMIX subscription service that lets VJs and DJs download remastered music videos, in extended versions and remixes, for professional use. The whole catalog is licensed by ProMIX.

Anyone can browse the catalog and watch the 60-second previews. Downloading the files requires an active subscription.

2. Your account

  • Your account is personal and non-transferable, with email and password sign-in. Keep your password secret.
  • Your account stays signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on another device signs the previous one out.
  • Keep your email up to date: we use it to send billing and renewal notices.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

  • Plans, prices and what each one includes are on the Plans page.
  • Outside Brazil, payment is by credit card in US dollars, through Stripe. In Brazil, by credit card or PIX, through Mercado Pago.
  • Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If a charge is declined, it is retried and you are notified by email.
  • Switching from Monthly to Quarterly takes effect in the next billing cycle.
  • Discount coupons apply under the conditions stated for each coupon.

4. Downloads

  • The Monthly plan includes 100 downloads a month and the Quarterly plan 350 downloads a quarter, counted from the start date. Unused downloads do not roll over.
  • Downloading a video you already downloaded does not count against the limit.
  • Download links expire within minutes and only work for the signed-in subscriber.
  • We record each download (video, date and IP) to enforce the limit and prevent account sharing.

5. License to use the videos

When you download a video, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it under the conditions below. ProMIX keeps all rights to the videos and covers.

  • Allowed: playing the videos at events and parties.
  • Allowed: editing and cutting the videos for your own set.
  • Not allowed: reselling, sharing or giving the files to others.
  • Not allowed: uploading the files to other sites, services or networks.
  • Not allowed: using the videos in live streams or any online broadcast.
  • After cancelling, you may keep using the videos you already downloaded, under the same conditions.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time, with no fee. Access continues until the end of the period already paid and there are no new charges.
  • You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as no video has been downloaded.

7. Misuse

If an account is used against these terms, for example to share or resell the files, ProMIX may suspend or close the account.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced by email before they take effect. The date of the last update is at the top of this page.
